About me...

I have recently moved to the Central New York area and am a graduate from The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts in Cambridge, Massachusetts. I received my degree in their Professional Pastry Chef program as well as the Lenotre Award for demonstrating outstanding ability in pastry, artistry, technique and creativity. Under the instruction of Master Pastry Chef, Delphin Gomes I learned to create traditional pastries, croissants, puff pastry, breads, sauces, fillings, and meringues. I also learned the techniques to create sugar and chocolate show pieces as well as wedding and celebration cakes.

I currently live in Fayetteville, New York and bring with me the training and skills I have received from culinary school. I also bring the knowledge of operating my own home based part-time business where I worked to complete cake and cookie orders for local customers.

I began baking and decorating cakes about 14 years ago and I have grown to love it more and more each year. I enjoy working with people and try to create something for my customers that I hope they enjoy eating, as much as I enjoy making.
